In therapy, my approach is nondirective, genuine, warm, and empathic. I am nonjudgmental, accepting, and understanding. I follow my clients as they focus on whatever feels most important to them. I am experienced helping clients with anxiety mood problems, life transitions, discrimination bias, relationship conflict, career/work challenges, and healing from past trauma.

I have 8 years of experience working in a variety of settings and serving a diverse population of clients. I have additional training in depression, anxiety trauma, and end of life care. My approach includes CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) motivational interviewing, and brief solutions-focused therapy.
