Amy Jordan is a passionate practitioner of Mental Health Counseling specializing in work with adults. As a survivor of childhood cancer herself, Amy has a special interest in helping individuals work through the psycho-social stressors related to cancer and other medical diagnoses. Amy also has training in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has seen the benefits of implementing these practices into the therapy she provides.
Amy has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation and many other struggles.
