I am an integrative therapist with over 20 years of diverse experience and am passionate about what I do! I utilize a whole person eclectic approach, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and an interactive relaxed style.
I work with women, teens, couples and families in overcoming any issues that may be in the way of achieving your therapeutic goals. Therapy can be incredibly healing once you begin to understand the cause of your suffering, along with old belief systems, thoughts and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
