If you are an adult women with ADHD and are looking for meaningful connection and relationships with women who also have ADHD, desire to deepen your understanding of your ADHD brain, learn executive function skills to help you navigate life in a neurotypical world, share and learn from others' experiences, this group is for you. The group's purpose is to hold space for women with ADHD who's stories are often underrepresented in ADHD contexts. The sessions will be 60 minutes, every other week, 45 minutes will be for processing and 15 minutes for executive function coaching.
