My name is Sparkle. I primarily work with adult individuals diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of the following: depression and anxiety disorders, panic disorders/panic attacks, stress, behavioral issues, and multicultural concerns. My approach to counseling centers on meeting clients where they are at, prioritizing active listening and genuine understanding of their struggles. I’m fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and can speak conversational Korean. I mainly adopt a therapeutic modality that integrates the strength-based approach with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. My approach is client-centered and also grounded in the understanding that each person’s experience is unique and deserves careful exploration.
