At Warwick Wellness, we support individuals navigating life transitions, stress, emotional challenges, relationship concerns, burnout, and personal growth. Our clients are often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for compassionate, relatable support. Our team provides a warm, collaborative space where clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. We also offer groups and workshops when available to help foster connection, support, and continued growth.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Math from St. Lawrence University and my Masters in Social Work from SUNY Albany School of Social Welfare. I have 19 years of experience working with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and family dynamics.
