I understand what it’s like to fight life’s external battles, but also the internal battles within us. I am passionate about helping women and teen girls conquer life’s battles that get in the way of living your best life. I believe the foundation for success in therapy is through the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I have a client-centered approach and meet clients where they are to facilitate an environment that fosters growth.
