About
Are you currently an adult or an early career professional trying to manage life and work stressors? Maybe you just moved into a new role in your career, thinking about switching careers, or plan on attending graduate school to create more opportunities in your life. Sometimes managing work and life stressors can leave us feeling stuck, uncertain, or even anxious about future situations. However, you do not have to manage those stressors or pursue those life transitions on your own. I can support you in building skills and implementing strategies to manage these stressors if you're willing to do something different.
I utilize a 6-part framework to support you in managing work and life stressors. I assess the issue and its impact on you, strategize how to achieve your goals, build skills to reduce the impact of the issue, evaluate the effectiveness of skills, strengthen skills with continued practice, & summarize your counseling journey with reflection and takeaways.
My approach to counseling is reflective, thought-provoking, and strength-based. Past clients would describe me as wise, motivating, and honest. I am your how-to guide to managing work and life stressors so that you can live a life full of purpose and meaning. I create space for healing and transformation.
