I have nearly 50 years of experience as a Clinical psychologist and am Professor Emeritus at Adelphi University. I have been exclusively a Telehealth provider through Zoom for the past five years. If you struggle with anxiety and/or PTSD, depression, sexual difficulties, marriage or relational problems, let me help you. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I employ a variety of approaches: dynamic, cognitive, behavioral and psycho-educational, as the situation requires. In the case that psychiatric medication is called for or needs monitoring, I work closely with a psychiatrist. I am also very comfortable consulting with your medical professionals.
In addition to my decades of clinical experience, I am a Professor Emeritus at Adelphi University. Thus, I also bring to you a strong academic and scientific background to help you understand underlying psychological processes and use education to advance your quest for a more fulfilling and happier life.
