I see things as a secular humanist and believe that everyone has intrinsic value by
virtue of being a fellow human. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective
and utilize CBT and narrative therapy to help my clients. Each person’s journey is unique,
and I will adjust my approach to fit each client’s needs and comfort.
One of my specialties is game therapy. I lead game therapy groups for clients interested
in utilizing roleplaying games to engage in treatment and practice social skills in a fun setting.
I primarily focus on cognitive behavioral therapies and other evidenced-based processes. I like to use tabletop role-playing games as a safe space for clients to explore their issues.
