As a Clinical Psychologist and the Chief Clinical Officer of Central Iowa Family Institute my goal is to help you and your whole family find peace, connection, and joy in your daily life. I’ve been practicing in Iowa since 1996 and have worked with children, teenagers, families, and adults from all walks of life who are living with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I love my work and experience so much joy helping people of all ages and from all walks of life discover the root of their challenges and create the path to purpose and meaning in their daily lives.
I specialize in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults and using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide individuals towards living rich and meaningful lives.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to well-being and fulfillment. If the services I offer and the values I hold seem like a good fit for you and/or your family, please give me a call and let's "Do What Matters"!
