Navigating these dynamics is where I can help as I have a serious passion for building stronger marriages and relationships. Together, we can dive into your circumstances and develop an effective plan that compliments you and your marriage.
Sometimes individuals need help. In life, we can find ourselves drowning in our own thoughts, paralyzed by indecisiveness, or managing our internal struggles which can spill over into other areas of our life. Together we can rewrite your narrative or develop a solution to your next step forward. I am also military veteran with over 25 years of service.
I am a student intern in pursuit a graduate degree in marriage and family therapy. I have completed level 1 of the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) certification course. I also continue to pursue specialized trainings in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
