Consistent refinement of the treatment strategy based on what's working leads to improvements in weeks to months, not years.
The ultimate goal is for you to develop routines to consistently, and more effortlessly, implement the strategies taught, so you can continue to make improvements with less frequent sessions, and then eventually not need regular sessions at all.
