Writing to Heal is a six-week, 60 minute therapeutic writing group. Studies indicate that expressive writing is a self-reflective tool that can improve mental health and overall well-being. Writing can help us process complex emotions and provide a greater understanding of ourselves and the events that have shaped who we are. Next group starts Sunday 8/25/24 2024.
