We will work together to create a safe & comfortable place for you to explore your difficult moments in life; motivating growth and finding practical tools for change, creating a new path towards success. I am here to help develop new habits and skills to help you cope with life’s various challenges. My ideal client is someone who is willing to invest the time and effort it takes to make new choices to become the best version of themselves!
Since 2002 my specialties have included working with children, teens, and adults that are experiencing depression, anxiety, low motivation/self-esteem, social skills, and school issues.
The therapeutic relationship is essential in creating new paths to understanding why we act and feel the ways we do. While learning new ways to handle life's challenging moments I will demonstrate a compassionate, non-judgmental, and down to earth response to ensure the individual feels safe to disclose guarded thoughts and feelings.
