Hi, I’m Wanda White, a Clinical Professional Counselor, and I specialize in working with people who are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I draw from a variety of therapy styles, including Attachment-based, Culturally Sensitive therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused therapy, to tailor our work to what fits you best. In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to understand your experiences and goals. We’ll also talk about how I work and what to expect in our sessions.
