Often, we experience a wide variety of issues that life throws at us. Not so often do we have the tools in knowing and understanding how to cope with and adapt to these events in healthy ways. My purpose in my role is to provide these tools while openly navigating through some uncomfortable subjects along with you. I am someone you can be authentic with as well as secure.
I am certified in Acceptance and Integration Training. AAIT is groundbreaking in that it helps to relieve emotionally charged issues relatively quickly while also gentle in its approach. This will help you understand and rediscover your true self while instilling empowerment and bringing peace to life's sometimes chaotic messes.
My space is a judgment-free place to be yourself and vulnerable. I am open-minded and will do what I am able to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. Life events can be scary and overwhelming sometimes. I will guide you along your healing journey and help make these experiences feel less isolating and intimidating.
