I work with individuals, couples and families: Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, couple problems in short term and long term marriages, adults with issues of sex abuse from their childhood, parenting problems with teen agers. I deal with a wide variety of mental health diagnosis. I approach counseling from a Wellness mode, anticipating positive solutions.
In our first session I will be actively listening to what brings you in for counseling. I work with you to present fresh options and strategies for you in pursuit of personal growth and problem solving. My goal is to collaborate with you in gaining healthy coping and lifestyle choice.
My experience in counseling is broad and varied, since the 1980s. I worked 8 years in Treatment Centers for teens and their families before coming to Medford in 1988.. I worked for Jackson County Mental Health as Child and Family Therapist. Began private practice in 1998, with individuals and families.
