My history of helping people find their way following a personal turn of events in their life has been my work focus. Helping others navigate through depression, anxiety, grief and loss and many other life changing experiences gives me hope that all of us can turn negative experiences into a new beginning. Identifying support systems, coping skills, new ways to make life worth living again. I know people find support in an environment that is affirming of where they currently find themselves as well as exploring how to move forward.
My work with clients specializes in helping them cope with change, whether personal or from another source. I have a history of working with clients who are dealing with depression, divorce, bereavement, anxiety, and making difficult life decisions. I believe a personal source of support and understanding can help clients make different choices.
I believe a supportive and caring therapist can help others make a life changing decision when they are ready to do this. I believe personal change is a journey and not a one time event with therapy and invite others to travel this road with support.
