About
Hello! It may have taken you a long time to get here and you may have already tried lots of things, from "thinking positive" to "bootstraps" to "letting it go" and though you've tried your best, there's nothing wrong with asking for help. That's why I'm here. We can always talk it out and if it becomes apparent that a deeper treatment is needed, we'll start to dig. I have Saturday hours. LGBTQIAK+ friendly and open to all faiths and non-faiths. Sorry, at this time I do not accept any insurance plans.
Trauma is the experience of the past not letting go of you - no matter how many times you have let go of it. Dissociation is the experience of your mind leaving though your body is here. Psychosis is hearing, seeing, or feeling bothersome things that others can't. Anxiety and panic are disabling fears. Depression makes it hard to move and stay motivated.
I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and have a history of working 10 years in the Arizona public mental health system with those with a Serious Mental Illness and others struggling with these conditions. Give me a call.
