I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker , I have 35 years of experience. I have experience providing a wide variety of therapy/counseling services. Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Emergency Psych Services, IOP Drug/Alcohol Programs, and Medical Case Management . Service settings: Private Counseling Agencies, Community Mental Health Agencies, Emergency Psychiatric Clinics/Hospitals, Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals, EAP Agency, Drug/Alcohol Inpatient/Outpatient, Adolescent Group Home and Geriatric Alzheimer's Evaluation Program. I recently retired from my full time position as a medical case manager.
I am an active healthy senior, married 32 years. Four adult children , nine grand kids . I am a serious cyclist– I typically ride 100 - 150 miles each week. I also enjoy fishing , cooking, reading and visiting my kids and grand kids. I now live in Florida– I am originally from the Midwest . My wife and I moved 5 times due to her career promotions/transfers.
I have also experienced life difficulties; family member suicide , divorce and serious medical issues ( I’m a cancer survivor). I am a genuine- easy going , non-judgmental person. I believe everyone has value and worth.
