Clients primarily request services with me to work on communication between partners and other members of their family systems. I am contracted to work in the capacity as an LMHC with Summit Health Management in Gig Harbor. Please contact (253) 858-7056 to schedule an intake. I am currently accepting new clients and will work with you in person or via telehealth at the Summit Health Management office in Gig Harbor, WA. In addition, I also utilize games such as Dungeons and Dragons with families, kids and teens, to roleplay therapeutic scenarios out in a safe environment (I also run a weekly social skills teen group on Thursdays).
I have experience helping couples, families and individuals. I specialize in utilizing the Gottman approach to increasing communication skills in relationships and family systems. I am also an APA certified therapeutic dungeon master, which is a unique approach to working with families and kids utilizing the game, Dungeons and Dragons (in person only).
Communication is sometimes a difficult barrier for couples and families. I work with clients to increase adaptive methods of conflict resolution within the family system or relationship. I make use of weekly homework assignments between sessions to give couples and families a targeted approach to addressing issues in their relationships.

Hello, do you like excitement? Do you cherish adventure? If so, come join me, therapeutic dungeon master, on the adventure of a lifetime! You will face horrible monsters in dungeons and deadly dragons in their lairs. Along the way, you will solve mysteries. You will face challenges. Most of all, you will conquer your fears and learn bravery! Come join the quest of a lifetime and become a hero! This group is a unique combination of both sets of these skills, with the goal of assisting kids and teens with difficult social interactions.
