I specialize in working with individuals (teens to adults) navigating pivotal life transitions struggling with anxiety and trauma, professionals overcoming addiction, and couples building a strong foundation for marriage. With training in EMDR and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), along with certifications as a Certified Trauma Therapist (CTT-Intern) and Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT), I offer therapies that address both the psychological and physiological aspects of trauma and addiction.
