Many of my clients have come to me after being diagnosed fully believing that their lives were over. Mental health issues do not define who you are as a person. They are just a small part of why we react in particular situations, in specific ways. I have a passion to help my clients and their families to discover not only how to overcome their mental health issues, but to thrive.
I offer an eclectic approach to treatment that is tailored to each client's specific needs. I am an expert in helping those who have anxiety, depression and mood disorders to find stability in a life that seems hopeless. Finally, I am highly skilled in helping those with substance use disorders to find lives free from the torment of their disorders.
I know what it is to suffer with mental health issues. In 2005, my wife succumbed to her mental health issues leaving me a widower. This resulted in starting my own journey toward recovery. Through therapy, I learned how to overcome my own suffering and my passion is to help you to overcome yours.
