My therapy practice is client-focused, meaning you are your own expert, and it is my job to help you find your best answers. I work with clients ranging from teens to older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and intellectual disability. I have extensive experience with transgender individuals and diverse family configurations.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique situation. I frequently draw from seeking safety, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens.
