My ideal client may need help navigating their emotions, relationships, and responsibilities in a healthy manner. They may have already begun a therapuetic process but may need help understanding and processing it. They may also need a psychological perspective on how it applies to them personally.
My experience has been helping my clients progress toward being the woman or man they want to be. I have helped many achieve this through introspection, analysis, encouragement toward implementation of skills, locating a nourishing source; sometimes spiritual, and helping them to gain a better perspective and capitalize on their abilities.
