I believe that growth and change is a necessary process for individuals, relationships and family systems. My role as a therapist for the past 23 years has been to provide a catalyst for this change process. I use techniques that are evidence based, current and provide consistent results.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and with individuals who are feeling "stuck" in their relationships or life goals. I work with adolescents and adults whose long term goals are personal empowerment, stress management and building strategies to effectively manage life's challenges.
I understand the complexity of an individual's journey and how to empower my clients to make lasting, meaningful change. My career has included work with local hospitals and mental health centers; this has nurtured a clinical practice that is infused with "best practice", evidence based strategies and an openness to diverse perspectives.
