I am Walka Estevez, a bilingual (Spanish, English) therapist with over 12 years of experience working with adolescents and adults, providing individual, family, and group therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, and oppositional and defiant behavior.
I completed my Master's degree in family therapy at The Autonoma University of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. I am dedicated to providing guidance and support to my clients through various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy.
