I specialize in Women's Mental Health, and very much enjoy walking with you while we discover what is holding you back, and how we can get you to optimal level of health and wellbeing. Life is hard and you should not have to do it on your own.
I can help you identify feelings, emotions and characteristics that damage our soul and wellbeing. This small space will allow for our partnership to cultivate change and growth. Expect the therapist to use modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing as well as Christian Counseling.
