I approach therapy using an eclectic approach that includes: Psychodynamic theory, Feminist theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Gestalt theory. I have experience working with multicultural and identity issues, race issues, gender and sexuality, body image, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience working with individuals and couples.
