I work primarily with men (18 yrs. old & up) , but I also work with young men (13 - 17 yrs. old), couples, and families. I am passionate about creating a safe and judgment-free environment where those I meet with can do their best thinking.
Since 2015, as a certified life coach and Christian life coach, I have assisted individuals and couples with issues regarding their finances, career decisions, self-esteem, purpose, and relationships. More recently, in addition to coaching, I received a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma.
