We have office locations conveniently located in downtown Holly Springs, Cary, Morrisville, Raleigh, and North Raleigh/Wake Forest area. We also offer Telehealth visits for NC residents!
Our therapists have therapeutic approach that is holistic (that involves mind, body, and spirit). Our techniques are based on evidence-based modalities such as DBT, EMDR, solution focused & CBT, just to name some. We have specialists who treat Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Trauma, Substance use/abuse and relationship issues.
