Taking the first step to seek help can be incredibly challenging, and I'm glad you've made it here. Once that initial hurdle is crossed, I believe that we can form a therapeutic relationship together towards achieving goals you've set for yourself.
I have worked with adolescents and adults, for over after they’ve experienced loss and trauma, in a wide range of settings. I'm trained in a wide variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Sensitization Reprocessing). My areas of expertise are trauma, acute trauma, grief, traumatic grief and suicide prevention.
Therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together, as a team, to help you achieve your goals. I believe in holding hope for my clients; in creating a safe and supportive environment that allows for healing to begin and progress.
