Trauma is often the cause behind the symptoms whether it is depression, anxiety, or even addiction. Looking at core issues helps me to help you find the freedom you've been hoping for. Our experience ranges from working with ages 8 to 80 and problems from "issues starting a new school" to "active symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress" or Maladaptive Patterns of Addiction that seem endless and without hope. Our staff has experience at the highest levels of Inpatient Residental Care to School Therapist, but my preference and gifts are healing trauma and addictions.

Staffed with Master Accelerated Resolution (ART) Therapists, R101 & SFC has the privilege of using the most powerful therapy known to the field of psychology today. ART is a psychological procedure that works using bilateral eye movements to desensitize emotive response‚Äč to past recollected events, peeling it away from the images that cause the discomfort.

Working with you to find solutions is a privilege; often the goal is to find balance. When one achieves the balance we no longer need coping strategies that are detrimental in nature, to "get by." Rather, we learn what it means to thrive and connect with self, others, and our community again in an authentic way.
