I work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples with a focus on anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and premarital counseling.
I use an eclectic approach that is matched to the goals, needs, and characteristics of each person with whom I work. I draw most strongly from the techniques of the Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Reality, Family Systems, and Schema Therapy approaches. My approach is also informed by graduate work in other fields of Psychology.
