The most fulfilling part of my practice is partnering with my clients to address their individual concerns and assisting them in building a more mindful and connected life. I have completed advanced trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA issues, trauma, grief and loss, and telehealth for mental health practice.
Currently, I have availability for new adult clients for individual in-person/telehealth therapy, with openings during weekdays. My physical office is conveniently located in Colleyville, TX, accessible from much of the DFW area, with telehealth services provided for any clients located in the state of Texas.
I work to maintain a friendly and down-to-earth approach, and I welcome clients to the safety of a therapy space where they are affirmed and can be themselves.
