Adjusting to something new in life? Experienced a recent loss? Needing to alter an unhealthy habit? I help clients from all walks of life address issues arounf anxiety, depression, trauma and self expression. Having a creative background myself, I specialize in working with artists, content creators, athletes, performers, business leaders and others who find themselves challenged in their personal and/or professional lives and are looking for psychotherapeutic solutions. My approach is evidence informed and direct, assisting client's progress by utilizing their strengths and focusing on workable, well grounded solutions.
While my theoretical approach is eclectic, the most valuable skill I bring is helping you break things down into manageable bits. Together we will identify the misaligned thoughts, emotions and behaviors conspiring to throw you off course. Then, using your strengths and values, we'll build new goals and sustainable life skills to achieve those goals.
Admitting you need help is a huge step in getting it. I offer non-judgmental, no-nonsense and realistic approaches. We will focus in on the thoughts, emotions and behaviors behind your struggles, identify acceptable and workable solutions, and then put a plan in action. You will be heard, validated, gently challenged and supported throughout your journey.
