I engage counseling with a person-centered approach, you are the expert on yourself. I see each human as uniquely designed and therefore I do not see counseling as "one size fits all." I have 7 years experience working with all age groups in many different environments including: crisis mental health, addictions, group home, faith-based, and now private practice. I have certification in Circle of Security and enjoy working with families. Faith-based counseling with a therapeutic approach is something I am passionate about.
