Whether you are struggling with anxiety or having behavioral problems I am here to help. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with opportunities for learning and growth in order to help them discover at their core the things that are holding them back from truly becoming who they want to be. Please fill out the form on my website here: neuroconnectamh.com/contact/
I specialize in working with autism and accompanied mental health problems like anxiety, depression, social skills building, emotion regulation, executive functioning, and others. You do not need to have an official autism diagnosis to struggle with autistic-like symptoms.
I understand that reaching out to a counselor can be a scary and nerve-racking process. I've been there myself. As your counselor I will hear you and work with you to address your concerns and move in the direction that you want to go and at your pace.
