I specialize in working with autism and accompanied mental health problems like anxiety, depression, social skills building, emotion regulation, executive functioning, and others. You do not need to have an official autism diagnosis to struggle with autistic-like symptoms.
I understand that reaching out to a counselor can be a scary and nerve-racking process. I've been there myself. As your counselor I will hear you and work with you to address your concerns and move in the direction that you want to go and at your pace.
