Welcome! We are all emotional and relational beings so naturally our greatest happiness and heartache often come from our relationships and are ongoing throughout our lives. Experiencing anxiety, depression, feelings of being stuck, loneliness, spiritual challenges, struggling with communication issues, moving through discouragement, and unmet expectations in yourself and/or loved ones, is not a sign of failure or weakness. These experiences simply remind us we are human and provide opportunities for growth. The choice to do something different is yours.
