My counseling practice is structured toward treating each person as individuals. When I treat people who struggle with eating and body image issues and related challenges with anxiety, depression and relationships, every person is treated with their own, individual needs in mind. Treatment modalities range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mind-Body Therapy (MBCT), Energetic work using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy and Subtle Energy work. Additionally, I provide individual, couples and family therapy for work-related support (including Career and Rehabilitation counseling) and troubled relationships.
