My goal as your therapist is to help you develop a deep sense of your authentic self, and to cultivate your own strength and confidence in your ability to handle what life throws at you. We will work together primarily through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), an intuitive and evidence-based approach to therapy. Hillary Flieder is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling. Hillary provides clients empathy while utilizing cognitive behavior therapy interventions, psychoeducation, grounding, and mindfulness skills. She works with individuals 18 and older. Many of her clients come in when they are struggling with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. Hillary is particularly passionate about serving adults who struggle with PTSD and grief and loss.
