Addiction, compulsive behaviors, disordered eating, love, and sex issues cause enormous stress, guilt, and shame. If you keep asking yourself; Why can't I stop? What is wrong with me? Why do my relationships keep crashing and burning? I am the right therapist for you. I work with teens and adults struggling to understand their behavior. From a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, we will explore the root of your concerns and find out what you can do instead. I will not "fix you". Instead, we will work together to make sense out of confusion and discover what works best for you.

Hey there, I'm Leslie. I believe therapy should feel real and human, not distant or clinical. I believe in and prioritize creating an environment that is centered on connection and authenticity— I believe healing happens when we show up as our true selves. I take a genuine, kind, yet direct approach, believing that honesty and clear communication are key to building trust and fostering growth. I draw mainly from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) approaches to explore the root causes of challenges, looking at past experiences and different parts of yourself to understand your present.
