Openings available! Whether your child has experienced a traumatic event or is just having difficulty navigating school/life balance, I am here to help. Life as a tween or teen is hard, and it can become complicated when they face challenges such as divorce, the death of a family member, adoption, or adjusting to school, friends, and their self-identity. Communicating how they feel, especially to their parents, is never a strong skill for tweens/teens and as a result everyone can become frustrated. Adolescence is a significant life transition, and I am here to help

I am currently accepting new clients. I specialize in working with people who have tried "everything"... every medication, every diet trend, different types of doctors (and therapists)...and describe themselves as "broken" in some way. I start by looking for hypoglycemia, nutrient deficits, inflammation, and hormonal dysregulation. These are often overlooked contributors to fatigue, depression, brain fog, anxiety, and insomnia, which medication and therapy can not directly address.

Something happens when we sit across from someone who really sees us, hears us, and accepts us unconditionally. The relationship has the power to lift us up, shift our perspective, and bring us comfort and clarity. I'd be honored to sit across from you with the warmth, humor, compassion and skill that will support the healing and growth you are seeking. You should know that I believe in you, I will challenge you, and we will process everything together until you realize, heal, and remember the strength you have to live the life you want for yourself.

Common to the human experience are periods of sadness, fear, anxiety, harm, and loss. Various factors may be deriving this pain, such as our most significant relationships, the ways we have learned to relate to others, and oppressive societal and cultural systems in which we live. Although relationships are often the source of our deepest wounds, they hold the possibility for our greatest healing and transformation. Therapy is a place to explore our life's story within a safe and secure relationship. It is a courageous act to begin therapy and enter onto a path towards fulfillment, freedom and wholeness.

The transition to parenthood is really hard, isn’t it? Maybe the journey to becoming a parent has been long and challenging. Maybe your vision for what having a newborn would be like has been abruptly altered by the reality of it all. Maybe your dreams feel like they’re falling apart as you grieve a pregnancy loss or grieve who you used to be in the “before times”. This season of life is such a uniquely transformative period that it can throw even the most well-prepared people into a state of emotional and mental chaos they never saw coming.
