Annie integrates techniques from several counseling modalities including Attachment theory,
Therapy, Gottman Theory, Bowenian Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Person-Centered Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Annie works with individuals struggling with depression, self-harm, anxiety, PTSD, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, feeling stuck in life, abandonment, low self-worth, and spiritual distress. She is also skilled in working with individuals, couples, or families where there is a history of childhood abuse or attachment injuries that are impacting their current relationships. Annie works with couples to reduce conflict and increase relationship bonds. Annie bases family counseling on helping families develop healthy boundaries, reduce stress and conflict, increase empathy, and improve interactions between family members.
