I enjoy helping people! I provide a strengths based perspective practice. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, as well as other evidence based approaches to assist adults, children and their family's needs. I have over 22 years of working in the mental health field.
Much of my experience has been working with adults and children in various settings, such as home, hospital, crisis, office, and school environments. I believe these experiences provide me with a unique understanding of an individual's overall needs.
