Lily works with adults, couples, and adolescents starting at 12 years of age. She is able to support clients in the following areas; depression, anxiety, managing family and life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, building healthy coping skills, and processing traumatic events. Lily also offers pre-marital counseling for couples.

I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in crisis in our community, schools, and hospital settings. I understand how scary it is to start therapy and I’m here to help you through unexpected life stressors. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and mental health professional with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of roles and settings focused on the overall health and well-being of individuals and families. I practice using telehealth and appreciate how technology enhances accessibility of mental health services. I provide a safe environment for self-exploration and create the space for healing from trauma, crisis, loss, stress, depression, anxiety, and other life struggles.

Therapy is a place for yourself or your loved one to take time to build self-care, self-reflection, insight and skills to manage the symptoms they are experiencing. Many adults and youth experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or are overcoming issues of past trauma that plays in to their ability to go about life. For many years now, I have been working with survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, and all of the post traumatic symptoms that are experienced in the aftermath of trauma. My hope for your therapeutic process with me is that you experience personal growth and self-compassion, as well as gaining skills to cope with, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other issues that create difficulty in living your best life.

Parent's are able to explore a space where they are validated and empowered. Much of the work that we do is rooted in identity and discovering what it is they need, not what they have been socialized into thinking they need. Together we explore experiences and dynamics that have occurred throughout their lifetime. Marginalized populations come to me to learn more about themselves and the ways in which they interact with the world around them including exploring family of origin issues.

I have over 25 years of mental health and addiction treatment experience. My goal is to make each person comfortable in their life, be who they are, to feel confident and live a fulfilled life.
