I have experience treating anxiety, boundary issues, codependence, depression,
, grief, narcissism, parenting, stress management, substance abuse, interpersonal issues, and shame.
Often mental health issues such as depression and anxiety manifest from unresolved trauma and/or an inability to know or express their true selves. I approach life dilemmas through an existential lens to find hope and meaning through suffering and by increasing awareness and potential for choice and being. I enjoy helping people explore their authentic selves by asking the question “What does it look like to be me?” in a non-judgmental and compassionate safe place. Integrating the answers with spiritual, emotional, physical and social aspects of their beings, I help others to live a more fulfilling life.
