Dr. Tutty provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to children, adolescents, and young adults that may be helpful for establishing IEP and 504 plans that may be suffering from ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, and Depression, as well as counseling for children affected by high conflict divorce. In addition, Dr. Tutty provides forensic evaluations to individuals involved in the court system, such as those suffering from injuries (e.g., motor vehicle collisions, school injuries, work-related injuries, medical malpractice, etc.), as well as parents undergoing parenting plan disputes/high conflicts.

Dr. Hunter is a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist and Licensed Psychologist in Washington and Arizona. He has a postdoctoral Certificate of Specialization in Neuropsychology. He provides forensic psychological evaluations and expert opinion for a broad range of civil, criminal, and family law applications, including personal injury litigation, IME, CR-35, parenting evaluation in custody litigation, mitigation prior to sentencing, diminished capacity, evaluations for mitigation in capital sentencing, "Miller" evaluations, and many other areas.

Dr. Tutty is a licensed forensic psychologist who has particular expertise in evaluating both youth and adults over the past 20 years who find themselves at crossroads with the court system, such as family (e.g., custody, relocation), tort (e.g., personal injury), and criminal (e.g., domestic violence, drug/mental incapacitation) matters. Cesario Larios, MA, LMHCA holds a master’s degree in Psychology, as well is a Clinical Psychology PsyD doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle. He is in his fifth year of training, which has encompassed both evidence based applications for therapy as well as psychological and forensic assessments.
