My primary modalties of expertise are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and mindfulness/compassion-focused interventions (e.g. DBT, ACT).
Living with chronic pain—especially when doctors can’t find a clear cause—can leave you feeling invalidated, stuck, and exhausted. You may feel like your body is betraying you, or that the pain has taken over your life. I have over 10 years of experience specializing in chronic pain therapy grounded in neuroscience and nervous system regulation. My approach integrates Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you unlearn pain and reconnect with your body in a safer, more empowering way.

I offers holistic mental health care, including medication management, mindfulness therapy, emotion focused couples therapy and ketamine therapy.
Over fifteen years I have learned that although we all face very similar core challenges, the tone of our individual experiences, and hence needs vary. The only place to start is right where you are.

I utilize the power of mindfulness to help clients connect with their inner wisdom and gain deeper self-awareness.
Our relationships—with ourselves and others—are fundamental to our overall wellbeing. Yet, for many, past wounds can create barriers to connecting in the ways we long for. I work with clients to identify the coping mechanisms that once helped them navigate life but are no longer serving them in the present. By exploring these survival strategies, we create space to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Through this practice of self-acceptance, we can begin to build the deeper, more meaningful connections we've been longing for. I see therapy as a safe space to practice the vulnerability that brings true intimacy.

My specialty is EMDR, but I employ somatic work, mindfulness, and "parts" work for trauma healing.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Whether you're navigating anxiety or trauma, iIf you’re navigating a major life transition, the challenges of new parenthood, or the lasting impact of childhood trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals who are ready to engage in deep, meaningful healing—whether that means untangling old wounds, finding balance in neurodivergence, or reclaiming a sense of safety and wholeness after trauma. Many of my clients are deep thinkers, sensitive souls, or those who have felt "different" in some way—together, we explore ways to heal, self-understand, and thrive.

I may draw on attachment theory, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore how your thoughts affect your emotions, while also striving to create a therapeutic experience that feels safe and supportive.
Sometimes the current challenges of our lives, as well as unhealed wounds from the past, impede our ability to live as fully as we aspire. Through creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic space, I strive to work collaboratively with clients to consider a variety of possibilities in how they relate to and meet their unique life challenges. Ultimately, I believe that being understood is a powerful catalyst for change.

I use a strength-based perspective and a wide range of approaches, such as trauma-focused interventions, CBT, solution-focused treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
Whatever you are going through, you shouldn't have to go through it alone. Sometimes, we encounter barriers that can keep us from living the joyous life we deserve. Maybe those barriers include: depression, anxiety, or trauma reactions. Perhaps you need help on building your skills, strengths, resiliency, and emotional awareness to cope with the various challenges throughout life. Or, maybe you want the tools to align your life with your values and vision. Even though painful, difficult experiences are inevitable, that does not mean we can't live our best lives, or be our most authentic and fulfilled selves.

I integrate multiple modalities and draw from elements of mindfulness practice, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and somatics, among others.
Seeking therapy is brave. I honor the vulnerability that brought you here and am excited to collaborate with you as you heal and grow. My approach is relational, eclectic, trauma-informed, and embraces you as a whole person, with a foundational acknowledgement that we all carry both individual and collective wounds. Sessions are tailored to your needs and incorporate self-examination and skill-building. I work well with adults from all walks of life who struggle with stress and imbalance exacerbated by big changes, internal narratives, oppressive systems, and entrenched patterns of relating and coping.
